I feel like it could be a combination of things - my back and shoulders are sore and tight alot of the time, my face is tight and my jaws are sore sometimes. I don't know if it's stress or waht, but it I really want to feel like i have some energy again! I am only 25. I used to like to run alot, but now i feel too tired or too tired after i run....

well start with three things, get more exercise, get your back popped by a chiropractor and have a dentist see if you need your wisdom teeth removed.

If you want to seriously increase your energy, and not just for half an hour, you need to change how you're eating.

One of THE most important things you can do (and I have just done, in fact, because of my severe tiredness as well) is to increase the amount of protein you eat. Meat, eggs, yogurt, poultry, high-protein cereals (check the labels, you want to go for anything over 4 grams per serving). Balance that out with as many vegetables/fruits as you can eat in a day, with a few servings of complex carbs (whole grain breads, pasta, cereals). And water water water!

Sounds overwhelming, but what do you have to lose? Try it for a week, and see HOW much better you're feeling! You should eat five small meals a day, protein at every meal. Also, take a multi-vitamin, as well as some Vitamin B12. You'll be amazed!!

The best of luck to you!!

Oddly it could be that you are not excercising enough, excercising actually gives you more energy (that is excercising regularly) so try and get back into the habit and hopefully you will regain your energy (not to mention stay fit!)

oh and make sure you're getting a good amount of sleep at night and not waking up in the middle of one of your sleep cycles because if you don't finish your cycle you will wake up more tired than had you finished it. If you need more details on sleep cycles email me at escapeyourlove@yahoo.com and I'll be more than happy to explain it in more detail.

Hi -- you need something that is not high in sugar like Energy, Red Bull Monster, etc.. you need a "LiftOff" in orange or lemon-lime flavor it has 0-calories/0-sugar/1-carb and gives you what you need without the extra stuff. Take a look and let me know!

I was in the same boat... get a treadmill and play video games while you're on it. Talk about motivation! By the way, I don't run while playing the games... I walk at a brisk pace and play games that only require one hand.

Take the multi-vitamin B12, and B complex daily. B vitamins are energy vitamins and will last the whole day if you take them regularly.
