family has sent money and offered to pay for relocation and have had no response in a week, reluctant to call police don't want to freak her out

you've had no response for a week and haven't sent someone to check on her nor driven out to check on her? does she have a gun that freaking her out would be deadly?
police can 'check welfare' and will . it's very low key.

Call the Lakeland police tomorrow morning and tell them that your sister might be Suicidal and to please check on her--they will go out there. Just tell them not to scare her, and to send a female officer if they can.My mom lived in Florida during the hurricanes, and I sent the police to check on her--they did.
Ask them to please call you on their cell phone when they get her in person--they did it for me and my mom:

Also, go to the website below, and copy down some of the phone numbers that your sister can call for help in her area. TELL THE POLICE TO PLEASE GIVE THE INFO TO YOUR SISTER, OR YOU GIVE THEM TO HER WHEN YOU TALK TO HER. Good Luck. Peace.

that makes sense you're worried about a suicidal sister but not willing to have the cops go out and make sure she hasn't committed hari cari? get over it send out the cops or call a neighbor or better yet take your *** down there and check on her
