That sounds healthy, but it depends on how you carry the weight. Instead of losing weight you should try some light weight training because mucsle weighs more than fat. Just be happy with yourself and make that your priority instead of worrying about what others thing of your weight.

Sounds ok to me. Some would say yes but.. I think that weight is fine!

I weigh close to that and I'm 5'6" I wouldn't consider myself THIN but I'm not heavy. (I do work out) So.. you're taller than me, slightly thinner.. I think that's a good weight!

Well I'm 65 and 178 at 6'.. in pritty good shape, work out quite often.. Doctor said I was fine.. does that Help.. Your friend from Tennessee...ROB
