Go to an allergy specialist. It's expensive, but if you have decent insurance it'll be covered. They'll do blood tests to help figure out what you're allergic to, and they'll help you figure out how to control your allergies.
I went a few years ago, got a prescription...my life has been better ever since.

A slue of allergies can be discovered through a skin test. The doctor pokes your back with a very small needle and injects some of the allergen. After a time, if there is a raised bump, you have an allergy to that. If it's food, the best way to discover is to remove a food like milk products from your diet for two weeks and then add it back. If you have problems you are allergic.

You would have to get a referral from your doctor for an allergy test so that insurance would pay for it... and don't take any meds for it... my doctor told me they like to treat the symptoms before giving that referral, which is basically contaminating your body (you can google how meds damage your insides) instead of easily eliminating whatever you're allergic to... anyway, they prick your arm (unless your under 5, in which case they do it on your back) with a bunch of different common allergens and the prick swells and gets red if you're allergic.
For food, the allergy dude wouldn't test me because it's usually fairly obvious if you have a food allergy... such as swollen tongue, swollen throat, etc. You may be looking for a food intolerance test, which I got at a homeopathic office... although, homeopaths are not covered by insurance.
Good luck.

It is possible to do it through science and also with a bit of experimentation.
If they are food related, you use the challenge monitor the response and then repeat it is a new days.
if the allergies are enviornemental, that is perhaps a little easier. If the symptoms come while you are in the corn patch, then you know what you have.corn allergy.

yes. go to the doctor and ask for an allergy test. but im sure if you had a major allergy you wouldhave noticed by now.
If u live somewhere with an NHS, u shall get it done for free...if not your health insurance should cover it, as allergies can be potentially lifethreatening!

Like the others have said, get your Dr. to refer you to an allergist for testing. I knew just from experience that I was allergic to cats, but I wanted to know if anything else--found out I am also allergic to dogs--I had one and STILL have her. I control it with Allegra
