HOW DO YOU GET OVER THAT FEELING OF HURTNESS IN SIDE

it takes time, honey. I don't know of any quick way to heal.
I don't know if we ever really get over it. It's been 15 years for me & I was just crying about it this morning. It does get better though - less sharpness in the pain.
But, on the positive side, if you are able to put one foot in front of the other and keep your life moving after having gone through something like that, there is nothing that can beat you. Nothing. I never worry about what's coming up in my life because I've made it back after having lost my soul. I know that if I can get face the pain of rape, then nothing is too much for me to handle. I can handle anything. It's cake from here.

I'm not sure I understand your question. People don't get raped for any reason other than they were attacked by someone who committed a very loathsome, selfish crime against them. Someone who was raped does not bear any responsibility for this crime. It doesn't matter what you were wearing, drinking, where you were, etc. No one ever "causes" themselves to be raped.
If this happened to you, I'm very sorry you're going through this. You have to get some therapeutic help to work through it, but you can reclaim your life again. It's still yours and no one else's. Check out local rape counseling/crisis phone lines for a start.

You will never forget or lose the fact that something of such has happened. If not seeking help you could have problems in relationship and sexual wants. You never lose the feeling that has been put on you unwillingly

1) Don't expect it to just go away. You have to work through the pain to reach a place of peace--peace with your past, your present, your future, your self, and others.
2) Talk with someone--go see someone. Do NOT keep it all to yourself. It's too much for someone to deal with alone. If you don't feel comfortable talking with friends, go see a shrink.

i don't know i Ive never been raped but i think they have meeting that u can do and u can talk to other girls that have been raped...and some guys that have been molested...but if u dont do that now it will haunt u for the rest of ur entire life
