I am a 17 year old girl and i used to weight 170lbs. Now I weight 130lbs. My body is ok, i do teabo, run, and a video different days a week, but i am on vacation. When i start school it will be different because i wont have a lot of time to be working out as much as i do. A six pack is all I have ever wanted! I really want to accomplish that. Everytime i see girls like that on TV or in a magazine, My sisters tell me not to kid myself and that I will never be able to look like them. I want to show them that i can to do it, but i really want to do it for myself. Please help me!!!!1 I will do whatever it takes, as long as it works. Thank you so much for your help.

try the ab lounge i sat on that and did like 30 and i was like "whats wrong with this thing it doesn't work...." and i felt it in my abs. it worked.
if not that u can try pilates i heard alot of good suff about it but havn't tried it myself.

Get your hands on a copy of Prevention guide Abs Diet. I am an over wieght 46 year old granny, that 2 weeks ago got a serious attitude, I am not really following the diet 100%, but I have been doing the exercises 5 days a week. With in 2 weeks I have lost 1/2inch around my waist! For me that is amazing!!!

Yes,if you eat the nutritious stuff backed by a regular work out under the guidance of a qualified trainer and keep away from tobacco and drugs.And the 4 kg thingie that you have is called a dumbbell. Have a Wonderful Day and a Good Start on your six-pack abs.

You should try the Abs Diet. It's easy and fun so you would likely want to stick with it. Even forever! Anyway, unlike other diets, it doesnt restrict you from certain foods. You even have a cheat day to eat anything you want! The workouts rock too! Believe, it's the best solution to a tight abs.

Wait for the next year or 2 when you are of age. Then you can get your 6-packs at will. For the remainder of the time, be patient. If someone is found guilty of supplying a minor iwth booze, they will be charged!

I don't know if it's still in print, but try to order eight minute abs. It's a great workout and is simple to follow. If you can't find it, crunch until you can't crunch no more. No sit-ups, waste of time, just crunch, and leg lifts with ankle weights on. Good luck.
