No, God doesn't judge you by your conscience. He gave you a conscience as a gift so you'd have an understanding of right from wrong, but he judges you by your works. Anyone found lacking or breaking one of his commandments will "have their part in the lake of fire," the Bible says.
Since there's no way we can be perfect, keeping all the ten commandments in truth and spirit from birth, we must have a redeemer. Repenting of your sin with godly sorrow and accepting Jesus's payment on the cross for your sin is the only way to receive his righteousness and be made right with God.
Nowhere does the bible say God judges you by your conscience or self-image.

I can relate, I think most of us can. We all do this, this is partly because of how we were brought up, partly because this is what we think of ourselves, none of it true either! The enemy is "the father of lies" and loves to tell you that you're nothing and never will be, remember he is a liar.
One of the things that has really helped me is reading the Scriptures, especially thru the Psalms. They're always reminding us of how much God love us, and altho the mountains fall into the sea, to not be afraid for He is with you. The Scriptures counter what goes on in our heads, and when we can get into the Scriptures even for a few minutes in the morning and then think about those, then we push the negative out. Does this make sense? It takes discipline, and some effort on our part, but the Lord sure does His part!

Even Jesus was tempted by sin. The actions taken are what matter not the temptations or conscience. No one lives without an bad thought their lives. Having the ability to challenge one's self for what is right and wrong allows you to have choice. You make the choices that is your life. If you see negative in the mirror - you need to make choices that will allow you to view the decisions as positive. Ponder the options, and consult others in these decisions for change - your decisions can be assisted by other good judgement.

I've always felt the mind is a tool of the Devil. He twists it and manipulates it, so that it battles your heart and your soul.
God has a plan for your life. Whatever decisions you make are a part of that plan, whether you know it at the time or not. If you humble yourself and seek forgiveness often, He will guide you, through troubles and through victories.
God also helps those that help themselves.
Do not fret over the tricks your mind plays on you, God knows your feelings. Surround yourself with other active Christians, and soon enough you will think positive.

That's a misunderstanding of conscience from a Christian perspective. Our consciences serve as a moral compass, but we violate them all the time. He jugdes our hearts by His law which is partially placed within our conscience. His law is broken and our consciences simply agree to some degree usually. Who hasn't done something they know was wrong? We all have. That is why we need the Savior who never violated His conscience which was in perfect conformity to God's biblical law. We deserve justice, but Jesus took it for us at the cross and absorbed it once for all. Therefore, He can save even the most vile and beligerent violater of conscience and God's law as long as that person stops trusting their abilty and instead turns to Christ's and forsakes their known sin as much as they know how.

First off, you don't identify what you believe in, whether you are a Christian or not, so I assume not. Christians will face the judgment seat of Christ for rewards, their sins have already been forgiven so that is not an issue. The unbeliever will face the great white throne judgment. The books will be opened and every thought, word and action that was not acceptable to God will be brought to light. The unbeliever will be condemned to eternal torment for their refusal to receive Christ as their savior, that is the sin that sends people to eternal torment.

Wow, you have some stuff blended around right here. each and every physique, each and every physique, is going to be judged for the duration of the Tribulation. Even the folk in Heaven and Hell will face God's judgement. contained in the tip, each and every thing which you probably did for the time of your life will count number, there is not any 'resurrection'. finally, the Bible says that salvation comes for the duration of the present of Jesus Christ. All you need to do is settle for him as your Lord and savior, and no non secular doctrines will come to a decision your innocence.

This is what I think is the problem with religion. The church has brainwashed us to think only of the right thing, and only do good. That's why when we think of something bad, it makes us very guilty, because we thought that we disrespected god by disobeying his will. We were robbed of our ability to think freely, without the barriers of what is good and what is evil. The church thought us only to think of up to a certain limit, and has forbidden us to cross that boundary. We are disuaded from being more analytical. Most scientists are atheists, they don't believe in god, hence they are more analytical. They think far and wide, without bounderies, or barricades. In short they are not afraid to think. Their thinking is not limited and unhindered. They are free to think. I don't believe a person needs religion to be a good and law abiding citizen, vise-versa, not all religious people are good people. Most religious people are only being helpful to others not because they want to, they do it because they think it will please god. A person can be a helpful, kind, and decent human being even without having a religion.

God judges you by your acceptance or non-acceptance of the sacrifice Jesus made for us on the cross. Your conscience could be bugging you because Satan likes to keep us feeling guilty even after we have asked God for forgiveness. God told us if we confess our sins they are at the bottom of the sea and we are NOT to be "deep sea divers" and go dredging them up again and again.

My favorite Bible verse is Exodus 22:18, probably the most useful in the whole Bible when in season. Next, I like the verse, "Judge not that you be not judged." I like this verse literally with no dumb a s s interpretation. Then I like, "By their works you shall know them." Works are always a better witness than words.
I hope God isn't too picky.
