He would have to be the right choice! But all these illegals that have no education would vote for him just because of his race. Starting to see the agenda cropping out? Thanks for the Q! First maybe if he was an American. You are either Mexican or American.

If they are a NATURAL American Citizen, then who cares? If they are qualified, and I agree for what they stand for, then yes I would.

In the requirements to be Prez, you have to be born in the US, 35 or older. So if this "Mexican American" qualifies, then who cares? Yes I would. I would vote for the PERSON that I feel is best qualified out of the people on the ballot.

By the way - wouldn't this "Mexican American" be an American? What does it matter what heritage, race, ethnic background, sex or religion the person is? Does it matter to you?? If it does, then you need to get some help.

Depends... It would take some serious research...

Such as.. is this guy being funded by Mecha or La Raza?

...Then hell no..

Is this guy true to where he stands? Let me look at his resume.. I want to fish up anything and everything on this guy/ girl.

More than likely no, the way things are going. Simply because Mexicans have been making the entire nationality look incredibly stupid.

---Even though, with that being said-- if he were to reach office, there is such a thing as impeachment. And the American people would definately go to that extreme if it were necessary.

I would vote for the best person for the job regardless of race. Ofcourse, this has nothing to do with my views on illegal aliens. I married a LEGAL immigrant from South America. I am adamantly opposed to the illegals in our country.

Teddy Roosevelt said it best. There is no such thing as a hyphenated American. Your either American or not. My family emigrated to the US from Germany. I do not consider myself German-American.

A Mexican could not run for President of the United States.
A naturalized citizen cannot be President, Leogirl0804. You must be born here. And "Mexican" is not a race, it's a nationality.

Yes I would, so then maybe, JUST MAYBE, he or she could try and convince people that "illegals" (as most people call them) aren't all that bad people! (that is unless they committ AWFUL crimes, then I can understand) They are hard working and aren't lazy! They only came over here to the "land of second chances" to make a better life for themselves. If you think about it, we are ALL immigrants.
