I need an oral surgeon & I'm a disabled adult on SS & Medicare. Due to my teeths extreme condition and other health problems, a regular dentist will not work on my teeth. I am signed up for Donated Dental Services, but I am told it can take years to come up on their list. I cant survive that long. I have repeated infections, complicated by a heart condition, thyroid disease, and high blood pressure. I am in serious need so if anyone has a solution please reply. Oh I have written every elected official from the city level to the White house with no replies yet!!!

Thanks for the quick replies but I have already checked with the ADA "American Dental Assoc." and Medicaid. Medicaid only pays dental on people under 18 years of age.

Contact a public health clinic in your area. We have some in New Jersey that provide care on a sliding scale according to your ability to pay. Maybe you have some in Arkansas, too.

my father in law is in the same situation for the past 10 yrs, thought moving from arkansas to texas would make it easier, but it's not. we just haven't been able to get him any help and it's just cost too much for us to pay ourselves, even on a payment plan. good luck!

Find a federally funded medicaid type clinic and see if someone can help you there.
