Xanax turns down the anxiety, and if that is what is keeping you from sleeping, it will help you sleep...for a while...but xanax is very addictive, and you will quickly develop tolerance to it. This tolerance quickly turns into dependency, and the next thing you know you can't sleep without it and you can't quit taking it. This dependency and tolerance can develop in just a week or two. It comes on real fast, and makes things worse real fast. Don't start down that pathway. Taking any sleeping pill is the worst thing you could do because it just makes things worse in the long run. You need to find non-drug solutions for your anxiety.

Am I hearing this question correctly? You are worried about taking Xanax - an FDA approved drug, but you weren't worried when you did the coke that probably was cut with rat poison? Ok buddy. Sure. Whatever.

man, uppers than a downer is quite the risky speedball rush. You can probably get away with it several times, but once that gets outta control and you take them both at the same time ro too regularly, then you are sorta screwed.
Try taking a shower and blowing out your nose, your high will probably chill out after that, but dont keep doing it.

NO. I will avoid the lecture you should be getting from me and the kick in the *** I would love to send. Seriously, I don't want you to do that. Your heart should not be exposed to the stress of the drugs. If you suffer any sort of problem, do you have anyone that could help you seek emergency aid?
