obviously theres school tomorrow and i have been sleeping around 4 am. and now i have to sleep around 10:30 ish. is there anything that can help me knock out??

Close your eyes and focus on all the colored specs you see when you have your eyes shut. Just keep focusing on them and think of nothing else but those colored specs. Sweet dreams!

you and a million or more other kids have the same problem. Next year, get in your schedual a cople of weeks before school starts.
Run ten miles tihs afternoon. Take a hot showe and get your butt to bed.
Other option is to stay up late and get up early. You know you gotta do it.

Sit in bed and read or do a crossword. Try a hot shower first. Always knocks me out.

do alot of stuff today so that when u sit down u just feel like u r going to fall asleep there.
