Get the kitten checked for worms or other intestinal parasites first. That's a primary cause of diarrhea in kittens.
If that checks out ok, then get some pure (not seasoned) canned pumpkin in a can. It works for both constipation and diarrhea. For a kitten, half a teaspoon a day for two days should work. I usually use a syringe with a sliding stopper. I pull the stopper out of the syringe, and put the pumpkin in the other end of the syringe, reinsert the stopper and push the pumpkin down to the business end with the stopper. Syringes have measurements on the side so you can tell when you have exactly 1/2 a teaspoon.
Then I just hold the cat and put the syringe in side of the mouth of the cat and push the pumpkin into its mouth.
Vets sell these medicating syringes or they might give you one to medicate your cat. (Without the needle of course)

Do not give bread or milk. Bread can cause pancreatitis and other problems. Milk is not easy for cats to digest and will inflame an already sensitive stomach.

You need to have your kitten checked by a vet to exclude anything serious, it could be fatal if your kitten has a virus which is most likely.

i don't know if i'm right about this...but when I got my kitten at 8 weeks old I was told to NOT give him regular milk as this will give him diarrea. I steered clear of that, so if he has been given regular milk...stop. If the diarrhea doesn't stop soon he needs to be checked out. Diarrhea dehydrates, and that is never healthy.

A kitten with diarrhea needs to drink extra water, so have plenty of water dishes readily available.

If a kitten develops diarrhea, the best treatment is removal of food for 12 hours. Only allow access to water. Slowly reintroduce small amounts of bland food such as boiled chicken and rice. Slowly reintroduce its usual food, avoiding 'strong' varieties such as beef and liver-based food. The kitten may also need to be dewormed, as parasitic infestation may be to blame.

Get him to the vet to get tested for Coccidia. Many kittens are prone to this infection of the intestines. Instead of trying to stop the diarrhea, take him to the vet and stop the cause.

Get to a vet. A lot of things can cause diarrhea- change in diet, infection, too much milk- just make sure the little guy isn't sick.
