Your question is flawed because you assume that the Bigot (as you call them) has the power to condemn people. They can't seize power that God has reserved for Himself. He is the one that said that homosexuality is an abomination. The "Bigot" is just proclaiming what God has declared.
When the policeman pulls you over for speeding, is he a bigot. No, he is just holding you responsible to the laws set forth by the jurisdiction he represents.
All that being said, the "bigot" cannot judge you and send you to hell. They can judge your actions. Just like the speed limit is posted, so are God's laws regarding sex and who should engage in it with whom.

The fact of the matter is we are all sinners. I know that all we hear about lately is gay issues. People like to talk about the gay sinners but why are we not also talking about the People who commit murder, the people who lie, the people who cheat on their spouses, the people who steal, the people who fornicate, these are all sins also and I don't see anyone beating the whip about broken homes and broken families and how people need to be more responsible parents. All sins are the same believe it or not, they are all bad. Some people want to put them in categories but they are all wrong. We our all sinners.

The bigot who condemns him or her of course. Is the homosexual really knocking at your door asking you to join their parade. No, the Christians are. They just left a "Behind the Truth: The Bible Revealed" pamphlet at my door not too long ago.
Silly Butters. :o]

I guess there are those who condemn Homosexuals.
They condemn people who don't go to church either.
They condemn people who don't tithe.
They condemn people who went to their church and then left.
They condemn anyone their pastor says to.
They probably don't like what I am saying now.
A person makes His own choices in this life, if He makes good choices he is all the better, if he makes poor choices all the worse.
Each of us makes the choices and pays the ramifications of the choice, good or bad.

from the Wikipedia entry Biology and sexual orientation: "The view that post-natal environmental influence is the sole determinant of sexual orientation and gender is increasing rare among researchers, as the Putlizer prize-winning science author Matt Ridley recently summed it up "Nobody in science now believes that sexual orientation is caused by events in adolescence[1]". Evidence suggests that this view is also increasingly common among the educated general public.[2]"
If one does not have full conscious assent to performing a set of behaviors, then one cannot be "responsible" for them. This is a common agreement in our society; for instance, it underlies the insanity defense in the courts.
Hence, the sin is commited by the one who condemns. Intolerance, hatred, bigotry; these are disavowed by Western society.
I'll put it this way: what the hell difference is it who you kiss, as long as you do kiss? And, what the hell business is it of anyone's who consents to love whom?

In my personal opinion, the homosexual isn't sinning at all.
Assuming that God does indeed exist, why would he knowingly make someone homosexual if they are to be condemned? That's just evil if you ask me.
By the way, I know someone will say, "He doesn't they choose to be," but it's usually the straight people who are in no position to say that who state it as fact.

They are one equal footing. Neither is a "bigger" sinner.
All have sinned because all have fallen short of the glory of God.
Homosexuals do have a problem with the Law from Moses though. "Thou shall not lie with mankind as with womankind: it is abomination". Thus, gay guys have to do each other while standing up or kneeling.
