No attitude. Ones religious and spiritual beliefs are very personal. I base my opinions of others on their behavior.

My attitude toward them is no different than my attitude towards people who believe the same as me. Everyone in the entire world believes differently than you on some matter or another. If you treated them any differently than you would a normal person, then you're in the wrong.
People are entitled to beleive whatever they want about whatever they please. So, what they believe shouldn't matter to you. You should judge them on their integrity, personality, loyalty, and anything else you think is a quality is to be judged upon.
Just my thoughts though.

If believe that everyone has a right to believe whatever they are so inclined. As long as in a public setting, you, the believer does not let that belief interfere with the beliefs and everyday lives of others. Like for example, you're a Catholic. As long as you don't shout it from the rooftops and try to provoke people or force someone to believe as you do, I'm fine. The way I see personal beliefs are that they are just that, personal. There is a social order and to exist peacefully, we must compromise and accommodate. Live and let live.

I think that just about everybody thinks differently from each other. The older you get, the more your realize that hardly anyone believes the same. And I say so what! I would not want to live in a world where everyone believed the same. It would be so boring.

I accept that they believe the way they do. I do not try to change their beliefs and quickly tell them they will not change mine.
People of all faiths and colors can get along. It's the idiots who want to insist their answer is the only answer that is correct. This isn't so.

I have no problem accepting the fact that other people have different beliefs than I do. I believe in 'live and let live.'
Isn't that what free will is about? ;-)

That I am very lucky to live in a time where people are free to express themselves without fear. I also think another possibility is amazing in this world of ours. Open mindedness, it's what separates us and liberates us.

if everyone had the same thoughts and beliefs it would be very boring. being open minded like a child (vision with no walls) keeps the spirit alive and soaring.

As long as they aren't trying to change me, my attitude is one of acceptance and respect.

I think religious belief is nonsense, but so long as they don't interfere with my life or my rights then I have no problem with them.
