u can't say that, because some people in other non-smart countries are smart. some people say americans are dumb, but not all of them, some are geniuses. and not all people who are asian are smart. i am iranian-american and I am smarter than some asians. everyones dfferent.

You ever checked out which country holds the most patents to the most inventions? It's not a matter of smarts though, it's a matter of freedom. All nations are equally smart, some just don't have the economic, commercial, and enterprising freedom that others do.

I would have to say Japan because they have many innovations with the society and technology. China is second and we, the United States, have to be third.
