If he's touching you against your will, it's sexual harrassment. Tell him to stop because it's bothering you. Tell him the note was a joke or a dare. It'll probably hurt him, but whatever. If he doesn't stop, tell someone older than you that may be able to get him to listen to them and back off.

tell your parents. tell them EVERYTHING(about the notes, the touching etc ...and anything else you may have forgotten to post here). If they yell at you for writing the note in the first place and aren't helpful in getting this creep to stop, then go to the pastor at your church or the teacher who's class you were in when you passed the note and tell her what is happening. This is not your fault(him touching you inappropriately). I will say this though, you should not have sent him that note, because if he was a different guy(non-creepy), you could have hurt his feelings. Not to mention guys label girls "teases", and I really don't think you want to spend the rest of your life being known as a tease even though you may not be.

Another life lesson here: Don't always listen to what your friends tell you to do. If your gut tells you no, don't do it. this goes along the lines of "if a friend was standing next to you on the edge of a cliff and told you to jump, would you?" My reply to that would be "only if the friend held my hand, and was trying to help me escape danger". Play it smart, and safe!!! :)

this is a serious issue and needs to be dealt with immediately. Don't wait for a yahoo answer either, or for someone to vote on a best answer, talk to an adult NOWWWWWWWWW!! get off your computer, and let them know what the situation is. I believe he should be reported not only to the school, and the church(as you don't know what other girls he has or is harassing)but I'm guessing they will take this to the authorities if more girls come forward.

One more thing... i don't understand what class puts 15 yr olds in with 12 yr olds, unless this young man flunked a few years. (????)

good luck!!!

don't let anyone touch you when you don't want them too. stop him when he tries to do it again. let him know you are no longer interested in him, or lie and say you have other plans. he's not worth it. you will eventually find some one your age that will like and respect you. talk to a school counselor or even your mother if the situation gets worst. remember your mother loves you and will help you if the problem gets worst.

Tell someone or Tell you mother about it.
I had a different kind of story but kinda the same story and i told my mom and we took care of the situation. It got really bad, bad enought to get the police involved. I told my mom i didn't want the police involved. so me and my mom took care of it.
SO TELL SOMEONE about him!!!!!!!

Tell your parents.
Tell your pastor.
Tell your teachers.
Call the police.
Give me your address and i'll send someone over to dissuade him.
Do something before he really becomes Freaky Freddy.

you should tell him to stop or tell the counsellor or a trusted parent/guardian, this could go mush further that you wanted it to. be careful, careful and wise. seek adult help but make sure you tell him stop! jus incase he is confrunted so that it can't use it against you. BUT i must say you should not play with fire!

Tell him to back off. If he dosn't then talk to your parents or a trusred adult. If he makes you feel uncomfortable then he shouldn't be doing what he is doing. If he dosn't leave you alone, tell your parents. This is a serious situation.
