by understanding the state of affairs that the world is now in and not be persuaded into contributing to the mess. Everywhere there is an opportunity to be a living example of love. Give for the sake of love and that will be apparent. Do not give into despair when it seems like there is nothing coming of it. There is, I assure you. Without volunteering or joining the red cross or something like that, I think that you could still have a major impact by doing random acts of kindness. It rubs off too. There was this one Christmas that me, my son, and my niece were shopping. My son was paying at the register when the guy behind him to the clerk that he would get my sons bill, and then looked at my son and wished him Merry Christmas. WE left the store and saw a guy in a wheelchair sloshing through the snow. Both my son and my niece got out and pushed the guy to the store. It will have an effect and anything that you do out of love is a loving force.

If I'm not a loving force in this world then maybe I don't belong here any longer. I have tried in so many ways to convey the love I have and it all goes in the bowels of the internet. I am giving up as I have nothing left to contribute and feel useless......I'm sorry but it's the truth......my words go unheeded, my wishes out the window and my prayers heard by GOD but not answered.......the longing grows deeper but desperation is not the answer. Groveling doesn't work and I am just giving up.......peace and love to you who has all the right questions, but what about the answers........

Pay it forward as the book and movie said. Practice random acts of kindness and selflessness. Don't harbor grudges, don't have any enemies. Treat all people with respect and kindness. Simplistic, yes, but that's the way to being a true loving force.

I feel to be a loving force in this world you should try and live your life well with empathy for others and try not to deliberately hurt anyone along the way.

Smile at people
Help someone pick up something they dropped
Let someone in front of you on the highway
Compliment someone
Go visit a family member you know is bored
Being nice is contagious; maybe you'll help out a really mean person and make their day a little better.
Recycle
Try not to hate (GW is hardest for me...)

I can be a loving force in this world by telling others the Good News of the gospel of Christ Jesus. May God bless and keep you.

By thinking outside of ourselves. By not being selfish. By putting others first. By not being afraid to "get our hands dirty" so to speak. By making a difference in others lives, even one at a time. No matter if it seems to be something simple to us, it can totally change anothers life, or self confidence - which can alter their life for the better. By walking in Christ's footsteps. 1 John says that if we say we are in Him, to walk as He walked. That was in love. There's a Rich Mullin song that says that "in every footstep that you leave may there be a drop of grace."
I wish I was more like that. Sometimes I flounder in that area, I'm not as gracious to others as Jehovah is to me...
I like lisa l's story, we should all be that thoughtful and attentive to others needs!
