recently, ever since i found out that my girlfriend is having our child, i've been dreaming about death. on an occasion where i should be celebrating the life of our first child, that's all that i'm fixated on for some reason. it sucks, but can anyone define what's goin' on?

Maybe it is a symbol for the death of an old life, one without a child. BTW, when will you marry that woman so she's your wife, not a girlfriend? Do you plan to step up and be a good dad and husband? I hope so. Maybe the death dreams will stop then. Hoping you have a happy and healthy baby.

Dreaming about death can also mean not nessicarly "death", but "change". Probably just your mind's way of telling you that there is a change comming, which I would say is this baby. No need to worry, typically dreaming about death doesn't mean something bad will happen.

With life, comes death. And with death, comes life. Its a vicious cycle that never ends. If you're really concerned with this I would honestly and sincerely recommend a psychiatrist. Other than that, let it go and look forward to your newborn :)
