i get the proper amount of sleep a day no to much or to little but when i get up in the morning i feel like i didnt sleep at all. But im going to say this now i dont toss and turn during the night and i eat good. is there anything that i can do to wake me up in the morning. i already take my showers in the morning to wake me up but it doesnt help. whats the matter with me?

It is likely that your blood oxygen saturation is low when you sleep. You will need to do a sleep study overnight in a hospital. They will tell you want is wrong and measure how many of those hours are spent in REM sleep and Delta sleep. If this turns up nothing then investigate chronic fatigue syndrome.

When you sleep, there is something that affects it and you aren't getting the best sleep.
Do you get exercise or work hard during the day? Cardio exercise and hard work can help you be tired at the end of the day.

Some people function better on less sleep, I know I do.
