More important than face shape is hair texture. You need to work with what you've got. A blunt cut is going to look terrible if you have really fine hair, and you can't expect your layers to look good if your hair is really thick and wavy.

TheHairStyler.com. Although, it is a "Fee" based program they have an AWESOME demo/sampler that shows which haircuts would look good on you.
