They can have babies only if a male fertilizes them, but they can lay lays but is there is no male there than the eggs will never turn into baby parakeets. hope this helps you.they can have babies after 6 months but it is better after a 1 year to breed her.

female parakets may lay eggs, but unless you have a mating pair you won't get babies. You may notice nesting behavoir after a couple of years.

female parakeets can lay eggs but if there is no male to fertilize them then they will not hatch & you should remove them form her cage or they will just rot & end up breaking & be stinky
