This is age and situational...But most guys unless they are just blown over in love commitment is a hard thing. So you better think long and hard if this person is really meant for you! The other way to tell is if the guy is anal or not...If he claims financial reasons not to commit then you need to explain 2 are better than one theory!If he just won't give a reason he probably doesn't have one..so you take charge and pull him to the alter..otherwise your better off changin guys!

Time and pactince. be your self and let him know what you are like. the same goes for him.Keeps the playing field on a more or less level playing field.
The downside is that you are supposed to be faithful to him while he can play with who ever he wants to and thats fine with him but not for you.
Thats what comes from living in a patrical society. If we had a Matrical society things would be turned aroud with dating.
the way is a balance between the two. but most males don't start to mature mentaly (thinking we and us instead of me and I until they start to hit 40).

Simple. When he truly loves you with his heart. My dad stopped looking at other women on the street years and years ago. He gets this look in his eye and you can see he LoVeS my mom. Even after they get in fights.

be straight forward from the beginning tell him what you want how you want it....give him time but not a time frame but usually a couple of days if he's digging you anymore than that he's holding on for the next free ride

i think that maybe you should give him time cause if u pressure him hell feel even more scared to commit, if he really loves you he'll do it on his own
