Can't beat corn on the cob this time of year. Or grilled tomatoes with a little olive oil and basil cut up on them. You may want to do a blander side dish if your lasagna has a lot of strong flavors in it-like zuchini, squash and carrots lightly steamed.

Well I was going to say salad as the lasagna is a meal in itself. But if I were to add a veggie dish it would be vegetable medley as the veggies compliment the pasta or spinach, kale or beet greens, all of those go well

I have no idea. I put so many different vegetables in my lasagna sauce, so I never need a side dish!

I suggest steaming artichokes in boiling water for 45 minutes - 1 hour. Also prepare a melted butter sauce to dip the leaves in. This is a delicious and healthy meal!!!

how about both? steam some fresh green beans for a few minutes, rinse with cool water and drain. put in large ziploc bag with washed mushrooms, sliced red onion and cherry tomatoes cut in half. add garlic, pepper, mrs. dash and italian salad dressing. marienate overnight and served with grated parmesian. veggies and a nice cool side salad all in one!

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Therefore as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.
