try talking to her sipmle conversations is a good start what do u all have in common what see likes an what u like
talk about all the general stuff try talking to a friend of hers to get info about her so u can have something to talk about
just tell her friend dont tell her.
try getting her number if u cant face her an talk to her.maybe if u talk to her on the phone at first u wont be as nervous
just dont follow her around or stare at her when she is around u

Don't let her know that and become friends with her. Later on if you become good friends let her make the next move. Or you could just walk right up to her and ask her out but you need confidence and no fear of rejection. Make sure you do it alone. Good Luck.
