I just threw a bottle of vodka into the fridge and it's a bit chilled now, but if I were to take it out would it go 'skunk' or go bad? Don't wanna waste money!

No, vodka, whiskey, rums, do not need refrigeration. If you just put it in to chill it's fine to take it out and stick it behind the bar again.

If it isn't the flavored sort of vodka, it should be fine. But if it is, it might.

It depends what kind it is. If it's distilled nothing will happen. But if it is fermentated it won't be good.
