You are the only one that needs to be concerned about how much you lose. What we think means nothing.

You should lose just enough to make you feel good about yourself. You lose what you need to lose to accomplish that.

If you don't feel good about yourself then you can't expect anyone else to. I wouldn't care if you weighed 600 pounds as long as you are happy that way, that's all that matters.

So sit down and have a good heart to heart with yourself and set a goal for how much you feel you need to get rid of to be happy with yourself, then take it one step at a time, one pound at a time and don't ever give up on yourself until you get to your goal.

Sweetheart, you need to lose weight to be healthy, if that is your real picture. Health comes first, looks come second. You can be the most beautiful person in the world, but if you don't have health, you have nothing, trust me.

I'm an athlete so I'm really fit, but I eat by paying attention to what nourishes my body and what goes in, not how much I keep out.
