I had this same problem slipping on a driveway that was just sealed. Mine was diagonal as well ... I went to the dentist and he put a plastic end on it and bonded it togeter the same exact shade as my other teeth. The bad part is that I'm on my 14th root canal and thats only for one tooth. Root canals don't hurt as much as they're made out to be though ... Also, if you had perfectly straight teeth it might throw that off a bit as was mine, it's not bad at all right now but I'm getting that fixed as soon as I get my 15th root canal ...

That happended to my brother once. All the dentist did was put this white thing on it and he could not eat any thing hard for like a week. Go to the dentist as soon as you can and relax. His tooth is good as new now

Probably Crown them. You will more than likely get a shot to numb the area, and the dentist will shape what is left of your teeth so they will accept a cap. Not to painful, and your teeth will look just like they did.

Most likely the Dentist will cap your teeth (It is painless so don't worry) A cap covers the tooth (teeth) and protects them.
