Look great on ladies but a workmate of mine once said (with regards to men) : "under every ponytail is an a$$hole"!

I used to have a cat tail or whatever they used to be called when I was in 7th grade, but I had it cut off. The hairdresser asked if I wanted to save it (cuz hair doesn't disintegrate in one lifetime) and I said yes. So, somewhere in my dad's house, I have about an eight inch strand of hairs with a rubber band wrapped around near the top. Hehe.

I wear one sometimes...I love to put it up higher and curl the actual ponytail, works better than you would expect.

not really only when I don't feel like straightening my hair (I have VERY wavy hair and if I don't straighten it it gets all frizzy!) and I do it when my hair doesn't want to straighten correct I get fed up and make sure my bangs look good and pull into a ponytail!

When it's hot ..yes...when I'm in a hurry and don't feel like fiddlefarting around with it yes...but when it's really hot I have it up even more...kinda wrapped in a messy bun with some cool chop stick like sticks or burette keepin' it up. (my hairs down to my waste..so it's usually pulled back somehow! I hate it in my face!

No because my hair is kind of long but my layers are too short, but if I try to let them grow my hair gets frizzy.
