A fact is something that is undisputedly considered true.
Truth is what actually is true. Since all that we know comes to us through imperfect senses, we cannot know truth in an absolute sense. However, many people will make claims of truth anyway.
We generally assume that our senses are more or less true because of the consistency of the information we get through them. We substantiate this by comparing what we see to what others see. This is called "peer review" in the scientific method. Science, itself, is an attempt to try to objectify what we know. Something in science is not considered true unless it is independently considered true. If I perform an experiment to establish a fact, the scientific community doesn't necessarily consider it true unless someone else can independently verified. Someone else doing the same experiment should get the same results. Other experiments we do should not contradict that result. Science, though, doesn't hold things it considers true as absolute truth because that's inherently unknowable.
Religion, on the other hand, makes claims of absolute truth. It then tries to filter out the facts that dispute its claims.

The Truth is eternal and facts are temporary, or not. Truth is personal and what you believe. A fact is something that is provable by science and is widely accepted by the majority. Facts can and do change. An example is your age, each yr it goes up one, but the truth is your soul is eternal and never ages. Sometimes I feel like I am 10 and others I feel like 80. Some facts last for many years, such as the atomic wt of Hydrogen, however someday even that will change as our measuring system is changed or our society does.

A truth is something like "In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth." A fact is something that you can verify through scientific methods or incontrovertible evidence. A truth is a fact, and a fact is true, but that's the distinction I use when I'm using those terms for a specific purpose.

Truth can only be from God and sent thru His Anointed Messengers. There are 7 which gave 7 messages/Seals. The Seventh is now revealed too. It is called: The Holiest of the Holies (THOTH) The Last Testament. Truth is Eternal.
Fact is an accepted human ideas and concepts which are changable and evolve. ie. The world is not flat. Human ideas are temporary.

Read and listen to yahoo news CNN & Msn news and get all the details. Variety of opinions. can't all be wrong.
See what they did. Why they did it. and how it will effect the future? What have they done in the past?
Does it look like they will continue to do bad things in the future?
Is this deserved or not? When someone goes after someone usually something sparked it. What was it? Exactly?
Did religious fatinicks cause it? or are they just agressive?

No, not really. I always thought that if something was a fact, A PROVEN fact, I guess I should say, then it is the truth.

turth you can say by different means.
ok so today i told this guy who likes me that i am seeing some one else right well in a way i am seeing some one else since i see a lot of people every day so its turth that i am seeing some one else but is it a fact? no because in real i dont have a bf......so you cant imply stuff with facts but you can imply stuff with turth

It is good to believe in somethings that you cannot prove. God is one of them. I believe in Christ, and I cannot prove He exist, except for the peace in my heart. Evolutionist believe in man evolving from some muck some where and they cannot prove their belief either. I can disprove there's in one sentence. You cannot evolve if you do not exist. Simple isn't it. Communism has used evolution to disband the faithful for years. The bright minds do not believe in evolution. They are trying to disprove the belief in God because the belief in God has a diffinitive ending.
