I got more then that and served plenty of time in jail, and when I tried to get clean (still am) I applied for a Navy job, and told them that I was on paper, and all they said was whenever I'm off of paper, to call them and they'll get me a job. So you should be ok. I have 1 Felony (but it got dismissed after a appeal), 6 misdemeanors (assault & battery, concield weapons charge, intent to distribute, 2 possession charges, and 1 other

my husband is in the navy, he had 5 driving under suspensions under his belt...it was either that or jail. navy recruiters seem to have alot of pull on things. if the charges are still on your record when they do a background check, they can possibly go talk to the judge or whomever they must, and get things wiped clean off your slate, as long as you sign a 5 year (atleast) contract with the navy.
