First of all, have you both been tested for STD's and other such stuff?
Otherwise, stop when he feels like he is going to come. Wait until the feeling subsides, then continue. Or change the style in which you have sex. Rapid pounding may be too much stimulation. Slow, passionate sex may just be very emotionally charged... which may be a good sign if he is so connected. If you don't use condoms, you may need to have a little more of a barrier so that he isn't so stimulated.
If this stuff doesn't really work. Maybe you should work together to pleasure you first. then when you are good and ready, then you can join together. You may then experience the height of passion at the same time!

That's sad.
It's either 1 of 2 things.
Either he suffers from premature ejaculation or he's a selfish jerk.
Does he massage? Does he go down on you? Does he do a lot of foreplay? If yes, then it's probably premature ejaculation in which case you should talk and seek some help from a sex therapist. If not then he's a jerk in which case you should dump him.

Take brakes during. Before he climaxes, stop and fool around a bit, then start again, then stop a couple of more times, then let him climax. Good luck.
