I have never reported a question, because the "Yahoo Police" are supposed to be monitoring this site and they make the ultimate decision regarding is it or isn't it abuse or vulgar.
I have told a few questioners, what I have thought of their questions. I usually just skip by
most of the worst offenders since it is apparent
to everyone. What these morons want is the attention! If you refuse to play with them, maybe they'll go away. Most of them can't spell,
or even write a grammatically correct sentence,
so I chose to answer someone else's question!

I have never reported questions for that reason. I ignore what I find offensive. I have only reported the morons who are using my picture with my 360 page link to post insulting questions and derogatory answers and who sent me hate emails all day Saturday and Saturday night. They have four aliases that I have tracked so far, and they have targeted other yahoo users. That is abuse and that is what needs to be reported....not vulgar words.

I consider racism, sexism, and homophobia to be extremely vulgar and hate speech. So I will report questions in this area.
If by vulgar you meant "containing expletives," no I don't report those. If people want to be moronic enough to show they have no vocabulary and class, I'm not going to stop them.
Your "free speech" ends when it defames and foments discrimination or violence against others.

I only report the very lewd questions with no point that younger kids shouldn't have to see. Questions about sex are fine if it's a genuine question and someone is looking for an answer, but I'd probably report a question like, "Will you suck my cock?" because it's obscene, stupid, and pointless.

one several days ago, but only because he was asking if it was okay to get a 7 year old boy drunk and sleep with him. i found that just horrific, considering i have a much younger brother and a young son.
