It would more than double the amount of land to bury people on if we would be buried standing up. Why not with a glass coffin and approx.1 1/2 foot sticking up out of the ground so we could see whats going on! Any takers?

I will be cremated but some insist on being buried. Just a thought. Maybe they could come up with a way to keep bodies in-tack for eternity without rotting.

Ewwwww... lmao....great idea, but I don't really want to see what's going on. I don't even like CSI. Anyway, that was funny!! :)

Wouldn't cremation be even better? A pot of ashes takes a lot less room than a coffin, right?

I kind of like the glass coffin thing. But a lot of people wouldn't. I would like to be dumped in the woods to be consumed by wild animals :)

No thank you. I'll take cremation and having my ashes spread from the top of Cadillac Mt. in Maine.

I always though that once the Earth gets so filled with dead people, one day we would have to make apartment buildings for them to stay in. Each floor would have 6 feet of dirt, or perhaps your idea can be used. That would be creepy though. LOL

good idea until I read that you want to be sticking out of the ground? You want people to see you rot?

Why not get cremated? it is no harder for God to resurrect ash than dust and it will save land for use. I intend to be done so and it is less expensive.
