I am a doctor from India, but not working in US, and using the Asthalin inhaler for yrs.I dont have prescription for this here, am I allowed to take it when flying in British airways on 21st Aug?

What I would do before you go. Get another prescription for your inhaler. When you pick up your inhaler leave it in the box in comes in. The box will have your name and prescription number on it. I also have asthma and use an inhaler. I had to do that last year just to fly across the United States.

I would say that you should be able to take a fast-acting inhaler on to the plane, but you should check with the British authorities or U.S. authorities first.

I would double check with the airline, but prescription medication is allowed on board planes as long as it has your name on it and it matches the name on your ticket
