AFTER you die when all the bodies muscles go limp all that is held back by said muscles is released. I guess if you know when you're gonna die you could where a diaper, but since no one knows when they will die, when do you put the diaper on?

Yes, generally people that haven't even eaten in several days or weeks clean out the bowel and bladder when they are getting to the end.

Not always, but quite usually if your bowels are full, when you die, your sphicter muscles relax, therefore, emptying. Hence the term "sh.it the bed"
