My 3 yr. old son brought me his stuffed dogs "Dude" and "Pretzel". He said "Dude can do tricks, watch." He placed Dude on the floor and said "Dude, Stay!" Then turned to me and said "See?". I asked "What about Pretzel, can Pretzel do tricks?"
He said "No, watch." So he put Pretzel down and said "Come here Pretzel!" then turned to me again and said "See, Pretzel doesn't do tricks."

my nephew was starting his first day of kindergarten and his mom was excited for the first day of school cuz it would be her first day without a little kid running around the house so she would jokingly tell him that she was going to have a party. So when he was at school and got sick on the first day the teacher was going to call home and he told her, "no, you can't do that, my mom is having a party"

Another time 2 of my nephews were talking. And these kids are 4 and 7. But there are very cute little boys and they have their "girlfriends" like all of the other little boys as school. The 7 year old was talking to his 4 year old brother about his girlfriend delany, and how she was his girlfriend, but she didnt' know that she was. (lol) but he was going to have to break up with her because he had a crush on someone else. So the 4 year old said "no you don't, you can have 2 girlfriends, you just have to keep them in seperate places"

i thought that was hilarious, but i have nooo clue where he learned that.

My friend had picked up my 7 year old son and I for a trip to the grocery store. My son says out of the blue "Mom, do you know what reverse psychology is?" Both my friend and I exchanged glances, not expecting to hear such a complicated term from a little guy. I answered "No, do you know the definition?" He proceeded, "Yes, it's when you want me to do the opposite of what you are telling me to do". My friend and I had a good laugh.

But more recent I was making the bed one day and my 5 year old son come in with his fingers pointing like he was holding a gun and said your under arrest. I said to him why are you arresting me for he said because you were making the bed. He put my hands behind my back and pretend to hand cuff me. and took me to the lounge room and sat me on the lounge and slammed the jail door.

I have a day care in my home and recently one of the little boys I keep fell down and bumped his knee, on the carpet, no biggie. He looked at my daughter, almost 4, and told her he hit his knee. He was fine and wasn't even upset, but she walked up to him and said, "Awww come here, sweetie. I've gotcha, you're OK." Then she leaned over and kissed his knee and said, "All better?" The little boy just ate it up and I grabbed them both up and gave them both a big squeeze! It was precious! Kids are so great!

Just yesterday, my 20 month old was crawling and smacked her head on the doorjamb. I told her to be careful or she would cause brain damage, and she turned, shook her head and said "DER" I was just rolling on the floor tears running down my face! She is developmentally delayed, so she wasn't being mean or showing something she had learned, she was just popping off with a noise, but it just seemed like she was answering me.

My 5 year old step daughter fell down off of her bed(she fell from about a foot off the floor) and hurt her knee, her little sister(4yrs) asked her if it hurt a lot, and she kissed it and ran like lightening to the bathroom and got a Dora bandaid and put it on her sisters knee. Then she kissed it again and said "Me and Dora made it all better." Then they hugged and told eachother that they loved eachother and went on playing like nothing had happened.

I wish I had it on video, it was adorable.

Cutest: My 4 year old daughter will sit near my tummy and begin talking to the twins that I told her were inside of me. She said, "If one of you are boys like my brother Jacob, I am going to send you back to the stork and exchange you for a girl!"

Funniest: My 7 year old son was learning how to use the "potty" and my mom bought this gross doll that "pooped" when you pressed his tummy. Well she have it to Jacob and Jacob hugged it. The "poop" came out and Jacob began to scream!

Grossest: Jacob was laying on the ground when Grace came up and sat on his tummy. Then he farted. Then she did it again and he kept farting. They both began to laugh and kept doing it. It was gross!

My 15 month old daughter is really taking on board how to kiss and cuddle me and my fiance, which melts my heart every time she kisses us... sometimes though, she gets it wrong and she tries to kiss with her mouth wide open and her tongue sticking out.
Also, her infectious giggle is the cutest sound I have ever heard.

I would have to say when I was pregnant with my second baby girl and my four year old daughter drew me a picture of our family and in my belly was her baby sister. It was so precious! I have the picture in a frame.
