your boyfriend tells you that you are a waste of time, but i know it's not truth. but it makes me mad that he hung up the phone on me. so what do i do?

Tell yourself that you are a beautiful, vibrant, intelligent young woman whom deserves so much better than your getting and then dump his sorry a$$. You are a good person and you shouldn't take that type of abuse off of that creep honey. And when he says you a waste of his time tell him no more like your a waste of my time. Sit down and talk to him- be honest with your feelings. He may have been mad about something else and took it out on you. If this is the first time this has happened and he's sincere and apologizes, then stay with him. Dump him immediately if he's done this before of he does it in the future.

Don't let it play over and over in your head. You are not a waste of time, that was mean to say, he was obviously trying to make you mad. Don't worry about it, just trust God to work things out. If he says things like this often, break up with him, you don't need that. But definitly don't worry about it, things will work out the way they're supposed to if you just give it up to God.

Words are the most painful thing a man can do to a woman. I think what he is saying is that he is not worth it and he would be right. You are way to good to have anyone tell you that. Next time you see or hear from him tell him NEXT and mean it.

Call him back and tell him to explan. DONT ASK what you did wrong, he will take it as weekness, and make you feel horable. If he dosent answer the phone, what untill school (or, if your older, go to his house.) if he dosent explane, dump him. It's the truth.

Try taking what he says at face value instead of trying to rationalize it away ("I know it's not the truth"). Of course it's the truth, from his point of view. So why are you obsessing about him?
