Dude, I've seen the questions you've posted and stop trying to change yourself. Even if you become something that girls notice, you will feel weird because you are not yourself.

what makes me notice a guy personality wise is the way he treats other people
but in appearance i dont really know i like brunette guys or guys with really dark hair.
