I am trying to install Gametap on my computer. It gets almost finished then I get an error message. I get 1 of 3 error messages, the wording is a bit different for each one but seems to be the same problem.
"Failed to update game info disk volume"
"Failed to mount application disk volume"
"Failed to update catalog disk volume"
I have installed it successfully on 2 computers for my kids but my husband and I can't get it installed on our computers. We both have Dell XPS 400 systems.
I have tried all the usual things such as turning off firewall and antivirus.
Gametap tech support was not much help. I'm hoping someone here has been successful in fixing this same problem.

*****Southpaw, thank you for the reply. Gametap can be installed on up to 7 computers per account. But I do appreciate you trying.

Is there a limit to how many computers you are able to load it on? They might have a restriction that will only let you load it onto 2 computers, and then any others it will not work. some CD games do that now, so maybe Gametap is able to do that too.
