she's really cute, and i'm not shy by any means, it's just that it's always super busy in there and i don't want to get her in trouble or anything... some personal experience would be awesome.

ps. i've never talked to her, but i do know her name... and she's really cute too!

Start off slow; go there a few times and make sure you get served by her. If it's someone else's turn to serve, tell the person you want to wait to be served by name, possibly with a because...If she's seeing someone already you'd be told without having to go through the emabarrasment of asking her and being rejected. You are a stranger, after all.
If she's the least bit interested she might ask you how you liked your coffee or how about a dessert, to which you could say how about sharing a dessert one day? Again, if she's at all interested, she might accept. If she isn't, it won't be quite like a rejection for a date.

When she brings your coffee, present her with a fresh fruit juice and say this: "I wanted to ask you out for coffee but you're always so busy ... so I brought you this instead."
The NEXT time you're in there, take her a little sweet or something, and ask her out to lunch. By then she'll have had time to get used to the idea and won't refuse on the spur of the moment.
Let us know how it goes.

go in , order a coffee and when you pay for it, slide her a note with your name and number on it saying i know you are super busy & dont want to get you in trouble, but id like to know if you'd be interested in going out, then sit back and let her make the next move. in the mean time get some plans together for a date, good luck!!!

if she's really cute then she probably already has a boyfriend.get in a conversation with her while you buy coffee and try to find out if she's taken.if not, then ask her out.mention names of the latest movies and see if she responds.if she makes excuses, then she's not interested but if she smiles and quickly accepts your requests, then it's victory:)

-bringing her mini gifts seems kinda stalker-like.leaving a note says that you don't have confidence to talk to her face to face.it may be sweet to some girls but i think it's a turn-off.

Be an old fashion and ask her if she has a boyfriend. If she says no, then ask her if she would like to go have dinner and then maybe partake in a movie of her choice. Please dont forget to open the door for the girl. Very important. Real men do it, boys have no clue! Believe one thing, its all in the approach and she will remember how your initial approach was. Just be original.

you should wait until the store closed and go in and act like you want some starbucks and while she take your order...ask her stuff that you always wanted to tell her...and sit down and talked it out..than she understand and maybe she ask you out or something...or you ask her out if you know she havent got any boyfriend yet

Ask her if you can talk during her break or ask her what time she gets off work. Be honest and tell her that you are interested and want to get to know her better.

Slip her a note(hand written), she can read it on her own time. But be prepaired to find another starbucks if things go south, which will probably across the street!!

They put your name on the cup on coffee right? Then next time she takes your order, tell her hey this is no fair, you know my name but I don't know yours....Then tell her how beautiful her eye's are or something that you find attractive about her. Make it about her and slowly make your move on the exchanging phone number....If she is interested you will know.....

Next time you're in line, hand her your business card with a note "call me, I'd like to get to know you better."
