My cockatiel is occasionally aggressive, what can I do to show him that is a bad behavior?
I have tried laddering, yelling, blowing in his face, "time outs", and many more.. but nothing seems to work
He is a flightless bird, and if the problem is territorial behavior, then his territory is the entire house and where am i suppose to live?
He is normally a very sweet, loving boy (in fact his is cuddling with me right now); but occasionally he has tempertantrums! His bites range from beak bumps to breaking the skin (depends on his mood)

I have tried the time out in the cage... doesnt bother him a bit... its like sending a 5 year old to his toy room for punishment.
All his cages are already on the ground so he can come and go as he pleases... they are too big to pick up off the ground-well too big, and im too short
I know its a dominance problem, and i posted a question, before this one, how do i assert dominance over my bird and all i got was hate mail on what a cruel person i am
