I had a cat who flushed toilets and opened screen doors to let himself out. Too bad he couldn't do the other half of each of these skills; then we'd have something!

One of my dogs can't really talk but she makes sounds and moves her mouth so it is really obvious she is trying to speak words. She is a Lab, 14 years old that I just adopted from the shelter after her other home dumped her there after having her for 13 years. I was so lucky to get her. She's wonderful!

My dog learned long ago not to drink out of the toilet but if he is out of water he will go stand by it which lets me know he needs water.
Everynight at 6:00 give or take 5 mins my dog tells me its time to eat. Never fails he has an awesome internal clock. He sits right and front of me and growls until I feed him.
My other dog Budda can say her name but it is ruurahh

When my cat is out of water she will curl up in the bowl and go to sleep. It's not talking but she certainly gets her point across.

My cat can change his facial expression to fit his mood (I love his smug look), and he can also change his meow based on what he is wanting, he has one when he is asking for something, a different one when he is just chatting with us, and a different one for when he is mad.
