To burn off excess fat - Run in the morning before breakfast & run in the evening before dinner. & run & run & run
Your legs have the largest muscle groups in the body and working them is the most efficient method of burning fat. You cannot target particular areas that you wish to burn fat.
once you start losing weight you can do ab crunches (dont forget the obliques) to tone your ab muscles
Diet - breakfast cereal (not sugary) water fruit veg & lean meat (limit chicken)- nothing else
you WILL notice the difference in less than a week

Sit-ups, and crunches will get the muscles.. If you have stomach fat...you will have to diet to lose the fat on the abs....when they get there...It just takes time dear! Try a low-fat, low-calorie diet...Make sure you burn more than you consume. so you can lose the fat....Eat fruits,drink lots of water..Avoid sodas....
