My last relationship, lasted over a year, during that time I liked one of her friends.
Now my ex has moved far out of the city (Its been over a year since we were together), and recently I saw this friend of her's profile at an online dating site.
Now my question is... is it ok to contact this girl? She may not even be in contact with my ex anymore. And also do you think the girl Im interested in would have a problem with us hanging out?

It will be odd, an unlikely she would feel comfortable dating a friends ex...but, you never know unless you try. If you really like her, go for it...whats the worst thing that could happen??

If they don't speak anymore go for it, but if they remain good friends then I say chill and look for someone new. If you decide to date her even if they are still friends then I would suggest talking to both of them about it to make sure it is ok. You wouldn't want to ruin a friendship would you? it seems like your ex is moving on so i dont think there's nothing wrong with you contacting her friend..n you'll just have to find out whether or not her friend would have a problem hanging out with you..
