later has or should continue to take their prenatal vitamins. I lost my baby girl on Friday at 21 weeks and I have been taking them, but I do not plan on getting pregnant again or if I do it is not going to be for a long time.

Thank you so much everyone. It has been a rough weekend. We are having a funeral and burial for her on Wed and she will be buried next to my Grandma.

I wouldn't be taking the prenatal vitamins anymore. You should take an iron supplement instead. This will help you heal better, and recover from the blood loss. This is what is normally prescribed after miscarriages & births.

You should also call a psychologist - it would be much better for you to have a professional to talk to. Not only because you have just suffered a horrible loss, but because postpartum depression is a great chance right now too.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my daughter last April at 24 weeks.

Take time to grieve, anyone that has had an infant loss knows what you feel, as it's a bit different from having an early miscarriage. Although both are equally sad.

I would say continue to take th vitamins for at least 6 weeks, this is what my OB suggested after my loss, as I was seeing her for a 6 weeks follow-up. After that time you can switch to just a regular vitamin. But for the first few weeks in your time of grieving, we don't always eat as good as we should. This will help keep your strength up.

If you need to talk, feel free to e-mail me through my profile.

Again I am so sorry for your infant loss. A great book is: Empty Cradle, Broken Heart. Take time to cry and be upset as you need to. Don't keep it bottled up inside.

Prenatal vitamins don't increase your chances of getting pregnant again. I used to take prenatals simply to make my hair grow quicker. You could continue to take them to help keep up your general health (any vitamins, taken in moderation, benefit you). I'm so sorry for your loss. Don't feel in any rush to get pregnant again. You'll never replace your lost daughter, so allow yourself time to heal. I send you peace, and love.

it unquestionably relies upon on the accepted practitioner or technician doing the ultrasound. At my twenty week ultrasound I delivered in a video tape and that they recommended me that they no longer recorded the video and that my accepted practitioner had old instruction in regards to the ultrasound accepted practitioner. when I have been given contained in the place of work with my husband and my mom the extremely sound accepted practitioner observed the video tape and mentioned i do no longer generally try this yet because you delivered the tape and your having twins i will circulate forward and record it.
