God this is something I really know, well I broke so many, and at this point, I don't think my girlfriend has deep feelings for me anymore, the sh*t I did to her, the promises I broke, really you just need to sit her down, talk to her face to face, let her see how sorry you really are, it also depends on the promise you make. I mean if it was you calling her and you didn't. Well yeah she'll be upset, but well then just explain to her why you didn't, and still say your sorry, that way she doesn't think you are just making up excuses. So well just explain why you broke it, tell her your sorry, ask her what you can do to make it up to her, and tell her that next time you will do alot better at keep your promises. Well secrets, yeah depends on what it was. So well just try your best man, and hope for the best.
Well Good Luck, just take it easy, be nice and gentle and kind to her, more than you usually are, it will let her see that you are sorry, and well learn from your mistake.

Ewwwww, you're wrong, not keeping a secret is a huge huge mistake. Come on, you know that trust is very very important in any relationship. This is one mistake that you are just going to admit to and apologize by saying how very sorry you are, and that you will never break her trust again. Don't buy flowers, or gifts, just make sure your apology is sincere. Kisses and hugs just might get you out of this one...Good luck!

Well, all you can say is you're sorry & it won't happen again, though that won't really make her feel better. but it wouldn't hurt either. Take her out to dinner, & just show her a nice time.
It'll take a bit for her to trust you again, but the best thing would be just doing little things for her.

telling her with true sincerity that you feel really bad for doing that or not doing that...whatever it is...then again, it all depends on what promise you broke. girls are sympathic, we understand when a guy is being truthful and it matters because then we can forgive...but few forget, remember that. and with your apologizes you must show her you won't do that again, build trust.

tell her you are sorry in a romantic way or a way you no she would like. Buy her a gift she always wanted then give it to her to show how sorry you are.Make sure she understands it was a mistake and you will never make it again

Depends on how big the promise was. But, try breaking it to her slowly, and appologize like you couldn't live without her forgiveness.
