This seems like a pretty simple case. You have a Bf who doesn't care about you. From what little you have presented I would venture to guess that he never cared about you. However you're not happy about this and you already know what to do. You must leave him. It's that simple. I knwo that it's hard but you have to do what you have to do.
Once you leave him don't run out and try and find another BF. Step back and take a good long hard look at your life and where you're going. First you need a plan for your life. What do you want to do for a living? Where do you want to be when you're 50 years old? If you don't have the answers for this then you have no business with a BF.
Don't be a plankton (very small sealife that has no means to moveo on it's own will...it depends on the oceans currents). MAke you own path and the BF will naturally fall into place. But have an idea where you want to be...make a plan and then find the BF/husband who will help you get there. Don't sit around and wait for a man "to complete you".
Good luck

You give him a taste of his own medicine - ignore him and pretend u don't care about him anymore. Do things that you know would tick him off and when he can't stand it anymore, he'll start asking u a whole bunch of questions and then u can explain to him the reason why u've been acting that way after he tells u why he's been so distant lately. Of course if u do all i've just mentioned and he's still acting like that then maybe he's cheating or just doesn't love u anymore so u may have to move on if it's just not working out.

Usually, you leave him, but that might be hard if you love him and care about him, there are times when I feel that way with my boyfriend but when it comes down to it I know he really does, so you need to find out if you're just going through a hard time or if he seriously doesnt care, and if he doesnt no matter how hard, you're better off without him : (

I'm a little confused?? Maybe I'm taking the obvious for granted. I would say, "dump him and move on", but I'm sure you've heard this before. Getting over someone that doesn't care for you can be difficult. No one likes rejection. It's probably going to take some time to get over him, but you've gotta start somewhere. Let him go, take time to grieve but don't grieve forever. In time you'll find someone that does care for you. Whatever you do, don't compromise who you are just to keep him!!!

How do you know he doesn't care about you? Sometimes guys get distracted with other activities and don't have time to care about your needs, so let me suggest instead of breaking up with him that you dare to take this as an opportunity to learn more about yourself.
Start asking yourself questions about how you feel about yourself. Many experts in the field of human relationships suggest that we attract people in our lives that are support our "shadow" personality, in other-words there may be a part of you that wants to be negated or worse yet, abused. I would look at this as great opportunity to learn more about yourself.

If he doesn't care about you, how can he be a boyfriend? You might need to move on and find a guy who cares. I say that as a guy who almost always takes the guys' side--good women deserve good men, and good men deserve good women!

I've been in the same situation, i've been confused just like u, i was asking myself, what's with this man...is it so hard to care? I n my ex had argued about it for about a thousand times, but he accused me of not my an understanding partner, although i didn't ask much. Now i'm happily inlove with another guy who knows exactly how to care about me n make me feel happy!
so talk with him about it...if he didn't respond...it's time to move on honey...Wish you the best of luck

Get a new boyfriend. Or don't maybe the best thing is just for you to take some time for your self and rediscover the glory of being alone.
