The organization or group that have the most members are who are located throughout the country would be you local gangs. Depending on who they, they will generally hate anyone who is not one of them. These gangs are located in small towns and big cities. You don't have to be a member of a more structured organization like the KKK or Black Panthers to be involved in hate crimes.

The notion of "hate crime" is dubious to me since all violent or vandalous crime involves some kind of hatred, or at least a lack of love.

This is an easy one. CAIR( council for American Islamic Relations), obvious terror within that organization. That is the only organization you should be worried about at this time.
