First we look at his face, then his shoes (I am agreeing with homegirl about the busted shoes), his ummm... package and then we think about personality etc....... Just being Honest Ladies.

Honestly, it's looks. Because we "look" before we can ever truly get to know the person on the inside. For me it's a nice smile, I'm a sucker for a guy with really nice long hair and goatee.
If you're talking in a deeper sense then it'd be confidence, good character, sense of humor... just to name a few.

The first thing is if he is "grounded", with good family values. Personality that shows he has a spine and is a committed person. Then, for me anyway, facial features but thats not high on my list. Money is last, I dont believe it buys happiness, just confusion. Just be yourself and the right person will come along. Good Luck

I look for eyes and then smile, it is also important to check out how he presents himself around other people, like if he is funny, or honest for instance.

We notice their personality. Don't be fake.. just be yourself. I'm sure your a nice person so just be yourself and don't act different in front of them.

if your trying to get a girl to notice you then if she is getting pick on or something stand up for her even if it makes you look bad. trust me girls will fall for it anytime. i know...i am one
