okay get out some hair clips (to hold hair back) the trick is to curl the hair under first and the do the top . layer off the hair and leave the bottom pieces hanging, take your curling iron and a lock of hair (i start from left to right) put the hair between the curling iron and and pull down to the tip of the hair. as you curl under swing your hand under clockwise so the curling iron is perpendicular to the floor, when you're ready to release tap the handle of the iron little by little and pull the curling iron out then do that the whole bottom row (when you pass the center switch hands so you can get the girl the right direction). When you get to the next layer (you should have 3 or 4) do the same thing except with smaller curls when you get to the next layer do the same thing except with even smaller curls then the top layer. take a large lock of hair and curl it using the same technique as above. put in little curls by rolling the curling iron under if you have bangs like hers take the small lock of hair and curl it while holding the curling iron perpendicular and pulling the curling iron the right or left (depending on the side you're curling) curl only a little at the bottom to give you the sweep look... have fun ♥
